Jessie M asked:

Mechanic at a chain of auto service stores made a mistake by driving a tool next to my spark plug through my engine head. This caused the head to be junk and now coolant shoots everywhere. They will not cover their damages. What should I do. I live in Virginia USA….

I would contact the better business bureau in your area, or online and report all the proof and information regarding your situation. They will then contact you and also the auto service store. They will help you resolve the problem. Sometimes getting someone else involved seems to help out the situation. I used the BBB when I had a problem with a car dealership and a lemon I was sold, and they were able to help me get my money back and return the car. I hope that helps you some…good luck with your situation

first, go to ripoffreport.com and see if the chain is listed on thier site already. my guess is they are. if so, read a few complaints and see how they were handled. i believe you can register your complaint on the same site also. this is one of those sites you cant stop loking at once you start. also,if that shop is a member of the ASE or IATN ,maybe let them know what happened. ive only called the BBB once in my life, but they got the problem resolved. after visiting ripoffreport.com you will see, some chainstore repair shops and quick oil change places have a real firm tuffsh.. policy when it comes to taking care of thier mistakes
