melanie asked:

I have a stainless steel ball dog chain necklace that I’d like to cut so it’s shorter. However, the tools I’ve tried don’t work…scissors, needle-nose pliers, saw…any ideas? Is there a special clipper I could buy somewhere?

They have shops inside the mall that do this for you. most jewelry shops do it. I don’t think its expensive.. probably less than 10 dollars. i dont think you should do it yourself, because you might break the tool and harm yourself.
