Cheap = Walmart. And you don’t need a tool if you want to Mickey Mouse it.
I beat my chains pretty good and tend to break a lot of them. I have bought all sorts of brands including the shadow conspiracy interlock chain which is supposed to be super durable. I say go with wal-mart. If you ride like me it wont be the last time you break a chain, and just get the tool from wal-mart. It’s like a dollar and works fine.
