This tool I think is attached to a chain saw.

I am not familiar with any tool or accessory that attaches to a chain saw to make the holes you need. In a fence factory, the posts are inserted into a jig and the holes are made simultaneously using industrial woodworking router machines.

If you only have a few posts to make, you can drill holes at either end of the oblong hole and chisel out the center. Make sure that you space them correctly and that they are all on the same plane of the irregularly shaped post. If you have lots of posts to make, and you have a drill press, it may pay to fabricate a jig to hold the posts as you drill them.

Good luck with your fence post project.
