i want to make my own crucifix chain?

further on i will add on creative designs on it.
finishing touches would be to ofcourse put the thick string trough the wood hole so it can be hanged on the persons neck.

    Well cut out the pieces then you could either use a nail and attach them that way, or you could just use wood glue

    To do the cross, you may want to jig out a pattern, or use a dremmel type tool to do something like this:

    The exact cross you pictured, they sell unfinished in the crafts section at WalMart. I think you get 12 in a pack for .97.
