If you have a variable belt drive you are looking at a big project- will probably end up with single speed, low speed afterwards. A centrifugal clutch and single speed chain drive is probably possible- but you'll only do 20mph instead of 30. Or is this a toy scooter with single speed to begin with? Tell MAKE< MODEL < YEAR . The sprokets you get should be close to the same size as the pulley is now, also you would need to make sure the shaft diameters on the motor and the drive are the same on your sproket. But you either have lot of tools and skills (and you would not be asking) or get it done custom. So it would be cheaper for you to sell your scooter and buy another with chain drive. Good Luck...
