    Three questions-
    1.Spark plugs (AC Del co only)$7.50 each
    Air & fuel filters,PCV replaced.Possible oxygen sensor or two or three or four.
    Injectors & throttle body cleaned.
    2.Yes. Time to change(after 100k)
    3.It is over your head(to involved)
    It takes a computer to set the timing.
